INTEGRATED SYSTEM

The Quality Assurance System that INDUSTRIAS GALYCAS has established since 1985 was adapted to ISO-9002:1994 in 1996, and certified by AENOR in 1996 with registration number ES-001/1996.

The System was adapted to comply with the requirements of ISO-9001 in 2002. The Environmental Management System was set underway in 1999, and certified by AENOR in September 2002. Finally, when the Occupational Health and Safety system was enforced in 2002, it was decided to integrate all three into a single System.

Having had a Quality System in place for over 25 years, which all staff are completely familiar with and committed to, the company has recently embedded it within an overall Integrated System that embraces not only Quality Management but also Environmental, and Health & Safety requirements. In this way, every one of our employees will be aware of their responsibilities in these important areas and remain fully committed to them.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY: The system was initially developed internally and then certified by BDO in 2002, after which its control was passed on to outside companies. It is currently supervised by MUTUALIA.

ENVIRONMENT: System certified by AENOR in September 2002 with Nº SGI 1201626

QUALITY: System certified by AENOR in March 1996 with Nº ES-011/1996

CONTROL: The system established for controlling all processes and products is also integrated throughout the whole of the Company’s structure. In the same way as it is impossible to consider control of the company’s relation with its environment or health and safety requirements without the participation of all its employees, neither is the control of processes, essential for obtaining a reliable product, viable without the full involvement of all its staff.
